Maximum Music Group luanches the Maximum AFI :
This week we introduce you to The Maximum AFI Spotlight Series. A cool new feature of the Maximum Minute and part of our ongoing Artist First Initiatives, the Maximum AFI Spotlight will allow us to showcase artists on our roster, turn you onto cool discoveries from our A&R box and from time to time we may even throw in special guest interviews and podcasts as well. Look for updates weekly and ENJOY the music!

Laura Crema #6 at national jazz radio :
Laura Crema starts the new year off by re-entering the national jazz charts at #4! Spring Is Here is a beautiful recording and make sure to check out her wonderful interpretaion of Blackbird in this weeks Maximum AFI Showcase! Thanks to radio for all of you're support...let's see if we can get her to #1!

Welcome! to the debut edition of the Maximum AFI Spotlight! This week we start this new series with a wide rage and diversified offering of artists and musical styling's, ranging from the pure horn sounds of The Brad Turner Quartet, to the irresistible pop-soul grooves of Athavale, to the pop rhythms of our favourite Swedish import Jennie Lofgren, followed by a blast from the past with jazz supergroup Metalwood, we then slow it down with a wonderful interpretation by the talented Laura Crema and finally we ignite the soul the way only good roots rock 'n' roll can with some wickedly evil doing by Rich Hope & His Evil Doers!
